Shipping

Our primary method of shipping is via UPS. We do not ship to APO's, FPO's , or PO Boxes at this time. If you have a physical address in the United States, we will gladly ship it there.


International orders
Sorry, at this time we do not accept parts orders shipping outside of the USA.

Refund Policy

Refunds are given if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item and we are not able
to replace or repair the item for you, otherwise all sales are final.
If items need to be returned because you ordered the wrong part, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

Items being returned must first be received by GCI before replacement parts are sent.

If you have a product that needs to be repaired please contact us first for a RMA number.
A correct RMA number must accompany all returned merchandise.
Item(s) returned without a RMA number displayed on the outside of
the box will not be opened and will be "Returned to Sender" postage due.
Please include a note with your return explaining the problem.

We will take no responsibility for any returned items that are lost or damaged in the post.
We recommend that all goods be returned with a tracking number to help prevent lost items.
